The Chieftains and Challengers favour a defensive playstyle, where you want to leave pushing for your other teammates and instead sit hulldown and snipe.

Most British MBT's have great reload times and good penetration for the Centurions, amazing penetration for the Chieftains and somewhat average penetration for the Challengers. Later tanks with this gun can also shoot APDS which is great for sniping, but bad for flanking.Īfter these you get into MBT territory. Just about any tank that wields the 17 pounder will lolpen just about anything it faces and one-shot it, despite not having APHE. The other two have adequate guns with good reload speed and great armour. The last Churchill kind of suffers though. The Churchills are all quite good heavies. I think the early vehicles are all very good. A lot of them also have short stop stabilizers (meaning that when you suddenly stop your vehicle, your gun will be on target quicker).

The earlier tanks are all quite fast for the most part (except tank destroyer and heavy tanks) and tend to have great penetration and reload time.
